My photography has led me to cover weddings throughout the UK and internationally and for me, every wedding is different, every wedding is important and therefore special in every way. Years of professional experience, working predominantly with natural light and the surrounding architecture helps me to capture the narrative of your wedding unobtrusively and reflects your day in images.

Creating authentic wedding photography is what I strive for, a coverage that tells your story and my style combines documentary styling with fine art imagery – a combination that delivers the best of two genres.

OK, so the banner image is a very contrived image but then again how could I miss this opportunity of a classic and formal contrived capture!

My wedding photography coverage is very natural, not contrived and if you are looking for some “signature images” we need to take some time out from your reception to capture some beautiful, stunning images. Relaxed captures of the moment,  just you, the wedding couple and your venue setting.

These images go towards creating the full page “wow factor” in your album or you may choose to select the “Signature Collection” which gives you not only a USB of your images but also a selection of professionally printed images and mounts.

Please ask me for details of the “Signature Collection”

My reportage wedding photography is designed to capture your wedding day as it happens, creating a series of images that tell a story. Unlike the traditional method of posing for a photo, this style captures you and your guests at your most relaxed as you enjoy the big day. There is a natural flow to your day and does not become a huge photo-shoot. Most couples also like to take time out to have some “signature” images taken, using the venue, its grounds and architecture as a backdrop. I am also well versed in Asian and Jewish weddings ceremonies – please see my blog posts for a taste of the colours and occasion.

My approach is relaxed and with an “honest portrayal” of your day. If my style were to be labelled you can call it reportage or documentary wedding photography; for me its simply story-telling! What is very important to me is that I photograph your wedding in a way that reflects your character and personality. The end result is a collection of natural, beautiful images that tell your story from bridal preparations through to the evenings entertainment.
