Charlotte and Gordon’s wedding ticked all the boxes for a wonderful wedding. Their wedding, held on the Island Castle is the perfect of choices. The wedding held back in September was everything a fairytale wedding could be. Leeds Castle in Kent has more than one venue setting to choose from. There is is Island Castle, Maidens Tower, Fairfax Barn, Battel Hall and the Outdoor options. The wedding and events team at Leeds Castle are there to help your dream day come true.

With the wedding being held in the castle enabled me to cover both prep of the bride and the groom. The Castle offers a stunningly beautiful backdrop for photography with natural light in abundance and photography to die for. The events team of the day walk you through hand in hand so that you can relax on the day that your day will be catered for. Choosing suppliers from the castle’s supplier list helps to give you assurance that we all know what we are doing and help steer the wedding through the day so that the bride and groom can relax and enjoy riding on the “wedding cloud’.

On the day we were able to take advantage of the castle grounds and castle for the “couple shots”. Planning the day in advance is key to a successful day. Knowing where to be at any one time is vital. True there is a natural flow to the day and knowing in advance helps me to bring the couple back at the right time so that the event planner is not pulling their hair out fearing that we will be back late for the wedding breakfast. The caterers have little time to spare as the meals have to be ready at a certain time. So, it short, I deliver on time, everytime. Working with the venue is vital.
